im 31 year old i have 3 kids.i have 175 pond weight.plz tell me how could i loose weight.i cant do exercise.no dieting and no walking.i want to loose 35 ponds..pls tell me nice sugestions give me 3 or more tips....thanksss i will pray all of you.bye

Well! you can do excercise, you cant do dieting and u cant walk!!!! Insan dunia ma sirf aram karnay nahi aya ha janab, insan ak machine ki terhan ha, jaisay ak car ko chalnay ka lya petrol chayia hota ha aur kuch kuch arsay baad us ki tuning karaye jati ha aur us ka oil change kya jata ha !! yehi case insano ka ha insano ki tuning excercise sa hoti ha ye zarori nahi ka app ganto excercise karain, but u can start with 10 min excercise , and u cant do diet i think u have wrong perception of dieting, diet ka ye matlab nahi hota ka khana peenay chor du ye koi special cheezain khao, diet is the name to control ur food limit, let sa ager ap 2 roti khati hu tu app 1 and half roti khao ye nahi ka khana peena hi chor du!!! and keep ur self busy is terhan ka kaam karo ka ur body muscels get the movement!!! never go for the medicines!!! other wise ap ko koi serious bemari hu sakti ha!!! iss ka ilaway pani ka zaida sa zaida istimal kya karain!!! plus rozana ak glass neemo pani ka pyain!!!
